Furniture selection:

After choosing from a list of many furniture items, we realize that furniture could bring more function than what it be made for.

Bed: Besides a comfort platform to lay on, a bed could give the owners a corner to put their photo frame, a mobile phone, and an unfinished book. There could be a hole to let the charging cable go through, the owners have not to worry about many cables messed on their cushion. The bed tabs are also designed with the same method, it even has a small drawer to put the power socket in and entirely covered by a lid.

The working desk: Thinking about what working desk is used for, it's not difficult to know that we always need holes to plug the pens in, a wooden slope plate for a footrest.

The kitchen cabinet: It reflects the lifestyle of the owner, a clean, minimal kitchen. It doesn't have cabinet doors, open wastebaskets, all the mess will be easily noticed and ordered into a neat status.

The washing basin: with the multifunction target, it could have holes to plug the knives in, a zone for the chopping board, and dry area.

‍Lighting design: 

There are two lighting layers, one for overall lighting and another layer for a cozy theme. The ceiling lamps from Panasonic used in the apartment are kinds that users can use remote to change light's color temperature. Even so, the brightness. Led downlights are used for overall lighting, the spotlight is selected to create an exhibited-like space.

Restroom tiles:

Two tile's kinds are used for each room, one is 60x60cm terrazzo tile with black, blue, and orange color particles on white background, another is a 10x10cm solid color tile.  The house owner selects one colored particle in the terrazzo tile to find the 10x10cm tile's color. It takes a long time for the out-of-stock problem, we have to search for many shops. All the effort give us a beautiful result, the tiles are matched splendidly.

The apartment was finished entirely in June 2020.
